Your bookkeeper enters, classifies and tracks your transactions. With this information they are able to provide the finiancial reports your CPA/Accountant will need in order to manage and prepare your taxes. 

At Najer we provide both services for you in the price of one. 

Although we primarly use Quickbooks, as their data migration and third party integration makes them leaders in our industry. We do not believe in limiting ourselves or your company's needs to just one software. Contact us and let us know what softwares you currently use so that we may meet your companies needs.

Our company policies are stricly in place to ensure the safety and protection of your information.

• All employees are vetted by background checks.
• Your company data is accessed by your assigned bookkeeper and reviewer/manager only.
• All company records are kept under lock and key in a secure server encrypted using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES).
• We strongly emphasize the use of unique passwords and 2FA verification.
• Once our agreement ends, we will return all files to you, and/or destroy them.

Scheduling will be discussed and chosen based on your companies needs.

Currently we offer daily, weekly, twice monthly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Due to COVID regulations we prefer to operate remotely for all clients. However we are available locally throughout the Atlanta Metro Area on an appointment basis only.
